Wearing her long hair down, Serena – who donned some designer sunglasses – seemed totally happy and relaxed as she hit the beach with some female friends.

Serena constantly smiled while taking a dip in the ocean before kicking her feet in the sand as she took a well earned rest from the rigors of the tennis court.

And with such an amazing body the 31-year-old fitted in perfectly with all the other beautiful models and actors who love to show off their stunning forms on the iconic Florida beach.

The champion tennis player – who regularly competes against her older sister 32-year-old Venus Williams – now has 16 Grand Slams to her name – within two titles of retired stars Martina Navaratilova and Chris Evert.

And as she prepares for Wimbledon the Los Angeles native has already been annointed the best of all time by tennis legend John McEnroe.

‘For Serena, nothing is out of reach – if she really wants something, it is very hard to stop her,’ he said.
