The Wilson family dynamics never fail to win our hearts! Russell Wilson is always evocative of his love and gratitude towards his star wife, Ciara, and kids. Recently, Ciara shared her views on raising strong, empowered daughters. Gracing the cover of Kindred by Parents for The Affirmation Issue, Ciara opened up the nuances of balancing motherhood.

Released during Women’s History Month, the issue features Ciara, Steelers QB Russell Wilson, and their children. Through it, Ciara shared a heartfelt message for her daughters.

Resharing @kindredbyparents’ post on his Instagram account, even Russell Wilson could not stop himself from appreciating his wife and kids. In a recent interview, Ciara talked about the kind of values she wants to surround her daughter with. And, she wants them to fully recognise their self-worth. “I always want my girls to feel valued, know that they can create their own self-worth, they’re in control of themselves and where they can [go] in life,” Ciara mentioned during the interview with Kindred.

In his reposting of the picture of Ciara with their daughters, dressed in blue denim and white clothes, he wrote, “My Girls.” In yet another story, he had a simple but deep response, “I thank God everyday,” @ciara, he mentioned. Sharing another photo from the issue, he mentioned in a gushing manner, “Our babies!” accompanied with red hearts.

Ciara is training her daughters to be what she is best at, i.e., strong yet kind. She remarks further, “I need to remind my girls to know when you are in the full essence of your honey and your sweetness, but also being firm and clear, you can make a lot happen in that space.” Ciara sees a bit of herself in her daughter Sienna, as it reminds it of her own childhood. She added, “She is a mini-lawyer. This girl will convince you to do anything if you let her,” admiring her daughter’s resilience.

Ciara considers herself a “daddy’s girl,” as she knows the power of a father’s love. And she sees the reflection of similar values in Russell Wilson’s love towards their children.

Ciara acknowledges Russell Wilson’s devotion to kids

Fans are well aware that Wilson is a devoted husband and father to their four kids: Future Zahir (10), Ciara’s son from her previous relationship; Sienna Princess (7); Win Harrison (4); and Amora Princess (1). Ciara has also repeatedly acknowledged Wilson’s devotion to their children. “I’m so grateful for the love that’s in my household, how my husband loves me, how he loves all of our children, and especially how he loves our girls,” Ciara commented, as highlighted in a Parents article published in March 2025.

Interestingly, the fan-favorite couple has expressed interest in having a fifth child sometime in the future, piquing the interest of fans. Russell Wilson had playfully hinted at it, as Ciara mentions, “Russ keeps walking around going like this, like, ‘Cinco.’ And I’m like, ‘High five, I love you too.’” But, she also acknowledged that “this mom needs a little time. Just a little bit.” Amidst this, Ciara shared her powerful visions for her daughter, ensuring that they always know their worth.
