It isn’t just Russell Wilson who has been making headlines after his decision to sign with the New York Giants in free agency. His wife, Ciara, has also been making waves after the R&B icon released her new song “Ecstasy” on Friday.
Ciara has been making the rounds to promote her new single, and her latest headline-grabbing moment came on Tuesday after she was announced as the latest cover star of renowned fashion magazine L’Officiel USA.
The publication revealed the big news via Instagram as L’Officiel USA celebrates Ciara’s return to the scene with her “very personal” album “CiCi” two decades after she first made her mark in the R&B world with her hit song “Goodies.”

Wilson could not be prouder of his wife’s latest feat. The new Giants quarterback posted a sweet message for his better half via his Instagram stories.

The 10-time Pro Bowler wasn’t content with just one post. Wilson decided to share a second version of Ciara’s L’Officiel USA cover, along with another expression of love.
“My Queen. So beautiful. Proud of you 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢!” he wrote.
There has been a lot to celebrate of late for the happy couple. This includes Wilson’s new deal with the Giants, which reportedly has a maximum value of $21 million for one year.
Wilson now takes his talents to New York after a one-year stop with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Super Bowl-winning QB did well for himself in his single season with the Steelers, registering 2,482 passing yards for 16 touchdowns on a 63.7% completion rate.
While this was far from his best season in the NFL, the former Seattle Seahawks star did enough to earn a Pro Bowl nod and, subsequently, a big-money deal with the Giants.
