The rap star was hoping for an outrageous payday of over £1million after wagering on the bout in Saudi Arabia that was won by the British star in two rounds.
Joshua delivered a devastating knockout on Ngannou that sent the Cameroonian clashing to the surface in brutal fashion and later receiving medical care in the ring before getting to his feet.
Drake’s losing streak in combat sports continued after he incorrectly backed Ngannou to beat Joshua and found himself missing out on what would have been an incredible payout.

The bout between two of boxing’s most powerful punchers was predicted to swing either way during the showdown before Joshua delivered a statement win.
Drake staked a £478,000 bet on Ngannou to secure what would have been a shock victory against the more-experienced Joshua on what was only his second professional bout.
If Ngannou had done so then Drake would have cashed out a grand total of £1.48m win after backing the underdog.

Previously posting his wager to his 146m Instagram followers, the music icon simply stated: ‘Betting on a scary man.’
The result continues Drake’s run of being burned with huge losses when betting on sporting showdowns as fans insisted his so-called ‘curse’ had struck again.

Ngannou was floored for the third time in the second round against Joshua
The 37-year-old previously lost over half-a-million pounds when he incorrectly backed Sean Strickland to defend his UFC middleweight championship against Dricus Du Plessis in January.
He also lost £430,000 when Israel Adesanya suffered a shock defeat against Strickland in the octagon and previously bet £700,000 on Logan Paul to beat Dillon Danis in the boxing ring.
Fans joked online that Drake has continued his ‘curse’ by backing Ngannou to beat Joshua on Saturday evening, with one comment on X stating: ‘He always pick the wrong winner.’
