The agelessly glamorous 52-year-old slipped into a flowing black jumpsuit that plunged to flash her cleavage.

Her backless outfit showed off her bra, and she complemented it with her large dark sunglasses and black handbag.

Letting her luxurious hair down, she lent a touch of glitz to her ensemble by clasping on a costume necklace for her latest outing.

Jennifer revealed in a new issue of her newsletter On The JLo that she suffered a panic attack in her 20s that left her ‘terrified’ she was losing her mind.

A doctor then informed the pop star, who was running on ‘three to five hours’ of sleep a night, that her health scare was brought about by exhaustion.

‘I’d be on set all day and in the studio all night and doing junkets and filming videos on the weekends,’ she explained. ‘I was in my late 20s and I thought I was invincible.’

However she now makes getting adequate sleep a priority, with the result that she occasionally wakes up and says: ‘Wow! I just lost 10 years off my face!’

J-Lo, who has in the past denied turning to Botox or plastic surgery to maintain her appearance, attributed her astonishingly youthful looks to being well-rested.

She maintained in the new issue of her newsletter that ‘sleep to me is the most underrated beauty secret out there.’

At the moment she is awaiting the release of her documentary Halftime, which will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival before dropping on Netflix June 14.

The movie, whose title is a nod to her entering her 50s and to her Super Bowl halftime show with Shakira, promises to explore her life on and offstage.

The feature is directed by Amanda Micheli, a documentarian whose previous work includes Vegas Baby, which followed contestants in a YouTube competition where the prize was an IVF round at a Las Vegas clinic free of charge.
