According to the latest news, 2 women and 1 man are preparing to file a lawsuit against male singer Usher for infecting them with Herpes (genital herpes). Lisa Bloom – the lawyer who represented Mischa Barton and Blac Chyna – said she will file a lawsuit on behalf of these three people next Monday in California.

The plaintiffs asserted: “Usher had had a 𝓈ℯ𝓍ual relationship with them since 2012, and he did not warn them about his 𝓈ℯ𝓍ual disease as required by law.”

One of the two women mentioned above will speak at a press conference in New York on Monday. The other woman and the man will remain anonymous, using the names Jane Doe and John Doe in the lawsuit.

Last month, another woman in Atlanta filed a lawsuit demanding $20 million (450 billion VND) in compensation from Usher, because the famous male singer infected her with Herpes.

However, that is not the first lawsuit Usher has faced. In 2012, Usher was sued by an unnamed female stylist for infecting her. They settled this lawsuit out of court. Usher had to give the stylist 1.1 million USD (25 billion VND).

In the document related to the first lawsuit revealed by Radar Online, Usher wrote that he knew he had Herpes around 2009 – 2010.

The 38-year-old male singer is currently married to Grace Miguel, they got married in 2015. Before that, Usher was married to Tameka Foster from 2007 to 2009.

According to TMZ’s sources, Grace Miguel was unfazed by the lawsuit accusing her husband of transmitting 𝓈ℯ𝓍ual diseases to others. Because the woman filing the lawsuit has a close relationship with Tameka Foster – Usher’s ex-wife – and the singer believes that his ex-wife wanted to play tricks against him. Therefore, Grace is not at all concerned about the accusations against her husband.

Usher’s representative has not yet commented on the new news.
