Lively is currently working on the upcoming romantic drama feature It Ends With Us, in which she will star.

The project is based on Colleen Hoover’s novel of the same name, which was originally published in 2016.

The book, which became a favorite among TikTok users last year, remained on the New York Times Best Seller List for over 90 weeks following its debut.

The movie will be centered on a woman who begins to question her relationship with her partner after she reconnects with her first love.

In addition to starring in the upcoming film, Lively also serves as one of its executive producers.

Performers such as Jenny Slate, Hasan Minhaj and Brandon Sklenar will appear in the project.

Justin Baldoni, who serves as the upcoming feature’s director, is also a member of the film’s cast.

The upcoming project’s screenplay was adapted by the bestselling book’s author.

Physical production on the feature began earlier this year and took place at various locations in New Jersey.

However, shooting for the project was shut down this past June following the onset of the Writers Guild of America strike, according to Deadline.

It was later revealed that It Ends With Us is set to be released on February 9, 2024.
