Bombshell: Audley Harrison Unveils Three Essential Changes for Daniel Dubois to Defeat Anthony Joshua – Offers to Train Him!

Former Olympic gold medalist Audley Harrison believes Daniel Dubois has a lot to learn.

‘Triple D’ has experienced a tremendous career resurgence in the last six months.

Daniel Dubois is on track for world title opportunities following his victory over Filip Hrgovic.

After losing to Joe Joyce and Oleksandr Usyk on one knee, the young British heavyweight was labeled “a quitter” by boxing fans.

Recent victories over Jarrell Miller and Filip Hrgovic have significantly altered public image.

His triumph over the latter resulted in a bout with fellow countryman Anthony Joshua at Wembley Stadium in September.

Frank Warren, Dubois’ promoter, recently informed talkSPORT that the pair are in negotiations to face off this summer.

Members of the boxing community believe Dubois now possesses the intangibles required to compete with the top tiers of the heavyweight class.

However, Harrison thinks that significant technical changes must be made before he can beat Joshua.

“There’s a few things he’s going to have to clean up to go through Joshua. I’m very technical,” he told Betting Sites.

“Defensively his hands have got to come up just a little bit more. He wants to roll his shoulders. He needs to keep his hands higher.

Triple D is now the frontrunner to box Anthony Joshua at Wembley Stadium in September.

Harrison has offered his services to Dubois for the AJ fight.

“If AJ throws quick punches, he’s going to get caught. His shoulders want to be a bit looser and just come up a little so that he can ride the shots a little better.”

Much of Dubois’ improvement can be attributed to his collaboration with head trainer Don Charles.

However, Harrison feels that under his leadership, Dubois may reach new heights.

“Dubois needs a finisher. That’s the kind of trainer I am, I can see straight away what somebody is doing wrong,” he added.

“I know if I had him in the gym, the stuff I’d have him doing would clean him up.

“I can see what he needs just to finish him off and it would help him against somebody like Joshua.

“Even Joshua, I can watch him and see what he needs to complete his style.”
