Power suit or power nap?
Blake Lively attended the Tribeca Festival Artists Dinner in a wildly patterned Chanel two-piece set on Monday, and her bedazzled floral ensemble had fans wondering if she’d strutted the red carpet in her pajamas.
The “Gossip Girl” alum, 36, wore a black neoprene jacket and matching trousers from the French fashion house’s spring/summer 2023-2024 ready-to-wear collection, with both pieces covered in colorful Chanel logos and flowers with sparkling beads and sequins.

Taylor Swift’s BFF wore her hair in beachy waves for the event and sported a black floral manicure that perfectly matched her lounge-ready suit, showing her nails to E! News and exclaiming, “Look at these! They match my outfit!” in an Instagram Reel.
In terms of accessories, the “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” actress showed off a bevvy of colorful rings and a pair of sparkling stud earrings along with a crystal-covered floral Chanel bag.

Fans had plenty to say about her wild suit on E! News’ post, like one who wrote, in part, “It’s not a power suit. It looks [sic] like she just rolled out of bed in her pajamas. Why is this crap considered style? Money i guess gives you a pass to looking like 80’s wallpaper.”

Sleepwear aside, Lively — who served as an ambassador for Chanel’s Mademoiselle handbag line during her “Gossip Girl” heyday — has worn plenty of standout Chanel looks over the years, including a chic white sequined minidress in 2016 and a plunging silver evening gown for her first public appearance after marrying Ryan Reynolds in 2012.
