Guy Ritchie, a famed director, has given Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois’ heavyweight fight the Hollywood treatment.

On September 21, IBF titleholder Dubois and former two-time unified champion AJ will face off at Wembley Stadium, bringing the country to a halt for two weeks.

A record-breaking 96,000 boxing fans will gather at England’s football stadium for a highly anticipated domestic clash.

The upcoming British boxing event has received a cinematic advertising trailer, highlighting its significance.

Turki Alalshikh, the Saudi boxing supremo, hired the critically acclaimed British director Ritchie for the promotional campaign.

The director of the film ‘The Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels’ has not disappointed.

The trailer, which is named ‘Touching Hands’ in an ode to Neil Diamond’s ‘Sweet Caroline’, features eight of the fighters on the Wembley card.

AJ and Dubois are joined by Antony Cacace, Josh Warrington, Joshua Buasti, Willy Hutchinson, Tyler Denny and Hamzah Sheeraz in the gritty promo.

And each boxer finds themselves on the metaphorical canvas with some dodgy characters around them.

The trailer opens with a blood-soaked Joshua lying on the street before eventually switching to Dubois lying in a bath with his hands tied as he’s being electrocuted.

Joshua then starts singing the lyrics to ‘Sweet Caroline’ and eventually gets to his feet, while Dubois does the same in the bathtub.

As the song progresses to its renowned crescendo, the boxers float into the air before being carried into the ring, surrounded by thousands of supporters.

As the chorus kicks in, they then square off against the gangsters who did a number on them earlier and get their revenge.

The heart-pumping trailer ends with Dubois and Joshua, who were given nicknames fitting of a Ritchie gangster movie, meeting in the middle of the ring after taking deep breaths on the stool.

Boxing fans were blown away by the promo, with one saying: “What a promo this. So fun to watch.”

Another said: “This is crazy!”

And another said: “THIS GOES SO HARD.”

One said, “Better promo than the ones you seen on Netflix”

Another said, “One for the ages.”

Tensions between Joshua and Dubois will be high during fight week as a result of their heated sit-down confrontation in June.

AJ threatened Dubois with a CHAIR for allegedly disrespecting him.

Security swiftly intervened, and Dubois was detained as Joshua stated, “I don’t take disrespect lightly, Dan.

“I don’t take disrespect lightly, Dan.

“Don’t sit on the table telling me we can go now and do all of this and that and try [to] call me out.”
