‘Happy Birthday đđđđ˘ Love! Happy Birthday to you!! Happy Birthday @loveseancombs daddy loves you.’
Diddy, real name Sean Love Combs, is in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center facing allegations of đâŻđ trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. According to the MDC’s visitation guidelines, Diddy is allowed one hour per week for approved social visits, but it is unclear whether he will see Love on her birthday.
According to allegations, the rapper coerced and manipulated victims into participating in days-long đâŻđual acts known as ‘freak offs’. Diddy’s accomplices allegedly gave victims medications to keep them docile and threatened anyone who refused to participate, according to charges made in a civil complaint filed by Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie last year.
According to People, Combs has ‘been able to speak briefly to family members and his children via phone’. Diddy’s phone call home came amid rumors that his lawyers are not requesting he be transported from the ‘Hell on Earth’ Metropolitan Detention Center in Sunset, Brooklyn.
‘He is very concerned about his kids and their well-being,’ the source stated.
‘He has three minor children, two of whom now have no living parent available with him incarcerated. Four of his seven children have neither parent available with him incarcerated.’
Another source said that the Combs kids are ‘in a state of crisis and shock’ following Diddy’s arrest.
‘It’s heartbreaking to see the children in the state they’re in. This is their father. But to them, he’s not Diddy â he’s Dad. He has always been a loving, devoted father.’

He shares Christian, Jessie, and D’Lila with the late model and actress Kim Porter, who died in 2018 at the age of 47. Quincy was Porter’s son with partner Al B. Sure!, and Combs adopted him.
He has Justin with stylist Misa Hylton and Chance with businesswoman Sarah Chapman. According to a source, Diddy will not receive special accommodations at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
‘He is being treated like any other detainee awaiting trial. As with all public figures in his position, he was placed on suicide watch upon admittance to the facility as a precaution.’
Last month, Diddy was arrested and charged with đâŻđ trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The indictment, which details allegations dating back to 2008, accuses him of abusing, threatening, and coercing women for years ‘to gratify his đâŻđual urges, safeguard his reputation, and conceal his actions.’ He has pled not guilty to all counts.
Following his arrest, he was denied bail by a judge because he used both his and his mother’s Miami mansions as collateral, totaling $50 million. He later lost an appeal to reverse the decision and will stay in detention while awaiting trial.
Combs has been accused of assaulting six additional people, including his first claimed minor victim and a man working at Macy’s flagship NYC store. On Monday, Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee filed six new cases on behalf of two men and four women, adding to Comb’s criminal history since his indictment last month for đâŻđ trafficking and federal racketeering crimes. The two male victims were among 120 claimants who recently come forward, claiming that the hip-hop mogul đâŻđually attacked them between 1995 and 2021.
In the lawsuit, one of the males, who was 16 at the time, claimed that Combs assaulted him at the singer’s 1998 white party in the Hamptons. Combs is believed to have done so after the teenager, who was a year younger than New York’s legal age of consent, sought help on how to break into the music industry.
According to the lawsuit, Combs commanded the kid to drop his pants before molesting him. The artist is reported to have told his alleged victim that such behavior was a rite of passage for budding musicians, saying, ‘Don’t you want to break into the business?’
He said he complied out of fear. The other victim, identified as John Doe, claimed he was ‘orally raped’ by Combs in the stockroom of the Macy’s Flagship store in May 2008.

The six claims were filed in the Southern District Court of New York under the city’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, according to Rolling Stone. John Doe claimed he was working in the Macy’s concession of Ecko Clothing, a rival of Combs’ clothing label Sean John. He was inside the stockroom when Combs and three bodyguards entered the area.
The man stated that he was struck in the back of the neck, and that the claimed assault began when he fell to the floor, on his hands and knees. According to the lawsuit, Combs said, “Suck my d**k Ecko.”
After the assault, the victim said Combs and his bodyguards threatened him. According to the lawsuit, Combs stayed on the store floor, handing out Sean Jean goods “as if nothing happened.”
