The actress looked like a bohemian bride wearing a gorgeous white gown from Chanel’s 2009 Spring Haute Couture collection, which was displayed on the Paris runway alongside a number of other exquisite bridal-worthy gowns.

The Chanel fashion show at Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2009 featured Blake’s dress on the runway.
