Scheana Shay was looking her best on Wednesday when she shared a photo of herself that highlighted her gorgeous visage and pristine makeup.

The 39-year-old Vanderpump Rules star sported a soft smile in a selfie that she posted to her Instagram Stories after a session with makeup artist Anais Cordova, who regularly glams up the other women of the hit Bravo reality series.

Although Scheana’s makeup made it look as if she was getting ready for a night on the town, she’ll likely have a more relaxed schedule over the upcoming months following reports that Vanderpump Rules won’t be filming over the summer.

However, it is said to just be a pause to recuperate from Scandoval drama, and the series is reportedly sticking around.

Scheana’s selfie look included thick, elegantly swooping eyebrows and delicate rouge patches emphasizing her high cheekbones.

The reality star’s long highlighted locks were styled pin straight and swept to the side.

She highlighted her flat tummy while wearing a black sports bra and white sweatpants, and she ran her fingers through her hair while gazing into the camera.

Her makeup artist Anais also posted the photo to her Insta Stories.

Scheana was fresh off her appearance on Tuesday’s episode of Vanderpump Rules, in which she and other cast members were decked out in opulent 1920s-style costumes for a party.

The episode included a heart-to-heart between her and Tom Sandoval in which she urged him to try to apologize to his wronged ex Ariana Madix.

”If he could genuinely apologize, maybe there’s some hope in this group of moving forward one day,’ she said in a confessional.

Although it’s unlikely that Ariana would entertain an apology from Tom over the affair he carried on with since-departed castmate Rachel Leviss, Scheana thought an apology from him for comments he made about Ariana’s mental health might smooth things over.

‘I know she has a very strong no-contact policy even though you guys are in the same house, there’s that whole thing,’ Scheana said. ‘But I also know that things that you have said about her and her mental health and things that maybe she didn’t want public — is that something you could actually apologize for weaponizing?’

She made the comment immediately after Tom said he appreciated Ariana’s new boyfriend Daniel Wai because he feared her mental health might suffer if she was alone.

The episode aired the same day that sources told TMZ that Vanderpump Rules would not be filming over the summer as it usually does.

They claimed that producers wanted to give the cast a rest after the tense post-Scandoval fallout, though they also noted that the storyline had mostly run dry at this point.

In addition to helping the cast to recharge, some time off might allow for more dramatic developments that could be used for the next season.

However, the production sources claimed that the show as merely taking a break and that it was still going to return.
