On Monday, March 21, 2022, the country superstar and Georgia native took to social media to share a heartfelt message to his wife.

“Happy anniversary to the most beautiful person I know,” Aldean wrote. “7 years and 2 babies have passed and I’m still more excited to wake up with you every day than ever.”

Jason Aldean went on to praise his wife and her role as a Navy and Memphis mother as well as stepmother to his two daughters from a previous relationship, Keeley and Kendyl.

“Thank you for being my reward/mommy/companion in this crazy life we ​​live. I wouldn’t want to do that to anyone else,” Aldean said. “I love you so much @brittanyldean and I’m so grateful to spend the rest of my life with you.”

Brittany Aldean also shared a message to her husband.

“Can’t believe we were in this moment 7 years ago🤍 HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to my best friend,” Brittany shared on Instagram alongside photos from their wedding.

The beloved country couple met in September 2012 and got engaged two years later while visiting the San Diego Zoo.

“My heart has never been more full of happiness and love,” Kerr posted on Instagram after the proposal.

When it was time to make things official, the couple opted for a destination wedding.

Surrounded by close family and friends, including country singer Tyler Farr and Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson, Aldean and Kerr wed on March 21, 2015 at the Mahekal Beach Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
