And Madonna looked utterly regal on Tuesday as she posed in a black and gold coat emblazoned with the words ‘God Save The Queen’.
‘This is not a requeast! [sic]’ the Holiday hitmaker, 62, told her followers as she posed in the statement jacket that was embellished with gold stars across the shoulders.

Madonna’s extravagant coat featured gold tassels on each shoulder in true military style.
The iconic pop star paired the statement jacket with a pair of black Gucci boots, which featured a sweet gold bee charm on their heel.
She strode through her spacious Los Angeles home in the punk ensemble and tucked her poker straight peroxide tresses into her collar to make the most of the striking design.

Madonna reportedly couldn’t stifle a fit of laughter when she actually met the Queen at the premiere of the 20th James Bond movie Die Another Day in 2002.
According to attendees, it was the the monarch’s clear lack of an idea of who she was that left Madonna chuckling.
When Her Majesty was told Madonna had performed the movie’s theme song, she replied: ‘Oh really, did you?’

And when she moved onto John Cleese, who plays Q in the movie, she asked him: ‘And what do you do?’
Madonna revealed afterwards: ‘The Queen asked me about Bond. I have never met her before but surprisingly I wasn’t nervous.’
Madonna appears to have a soft spot for the Windsors, last year she even invited Prince Harry and Megan to move into her New York apartment.
Taking to Instagram to extend the bizarre invitation, she said: ‘Hey, don’t run off to Canada. It’s so boring there!’
‘I’ll let them sublet my apartment in Central Park West. It’s a two bed, it’s got the best view in Manhattan. Incredible balcony, that’s going to be a winner, a deal breaker.’
‘No, Buckingham Palace has got nothing on CPW (Central Park West). The view is much better for sure, not a bunch of guys in woolly hats,’ making reference of the Royal guards who wear bearskin hats.

Last week, the pair were spotted looking cosy as they cheered on Madonna’s 15-year-old son David at a soccer match.
The Like A Prayer singer has quite the resume of younger gentlemen, including, dancers, Brahim Zailbat, then 23, Timor Steffens, then 26, and model Kevin Sampaio, then 31.
