Priyanka Chopra has joined the widely popular “very demure, very mindful” trend. The actress funnelled that enthusiasm into her new Vogue pictures, which she completed during her recent short visit to India.

Priyanka took to Instagram on Thursday to share some photos from her Vogue photoshoot. In the first image, she glances away from the camera with a modest, princess-like demeanor, wearing a translucent white blouse paired with a silver necklace and earrings, and sporting short hair. The next photo is a close-up of her face, emphasizing her left eye, which is rimmed with kohl. In the third shot, she poses against a wall adorned with red drapes. She is dressed in a white shirt, a black skirt, stilettos, and a white drape, with her hair styled up.

In the fourth photo, Priyanka closes her eyes and poses dramatically in a beige gown adorned with white motifs, complemented by a golden necklace and holding a matching drape in her hand. The next image features her in a golden backless dress, accessorized with a golden necklace and bangles, as she turns to face the camera. In the final shot, she strikes a pose in a golden-yellow outfit, complete with a veil.

Priyanka captioned the post: “Very demure, very mindful. @VogueIndia, 2024.” Wearing stunning custom pieces by some of India’s top designers, including Savio Jon, Amit Aggarwal, Tarun Tahiliani, Varun Bahl, Falguni Shane Peacock, Re-Ceremonial, and Ashdeen (black heart emoji). Nick Jonas, Priyanka’s husband and actor-singer, reacted on her post with “Wow wow wow.” Patralekhaa, who most recently appeared in IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack, also added a handful of fire emojis to the comments.

Priyanka recently visited India to attend her younger brother Siddharth Chopra’s engagement ceremony with Neelam Upadhyaya, which coincided with their late father’s birth anniversary.
